Bridgeport and McKinley Park have a long history of hosting parades. For over 117 years, these two neighborhoods have been the site of many community celebrations. From Memorial Day parades to Fourth of July festivities, these parades have brought people together to enjoy the summertime. Wouldn’t it by fun to see a 4th of July Parade down 35th Street?

It’s time to have a huge parade for our community. Down 35th Street. Maybe in the spring or summer. From 35th and Damen to 35th & Halsted.
