Go down any sidewalk in the 11th Ward and you will see someone walking their best friend – their dog. To them their dogs are family and often times their favorite family member.
A Dog Park Is Beneficial To A Community
Dog Parks are being build throughout Chicago. Why not the 11th Ward? The volunteers for the McKinley Park Dog Advisory Counsel have successfully proven a Dog Park is beneficial to their community. Not only are their dogs having a blast running around playing in their own Park specifically designed for their fun and safety, but incredible events are also taking place at the Dog Park that helps bring their community together.
