Bridgeport and McKinley Park Celebrate Earth Day
Bridgeport and McKinley Park celebrate Earth Day by giving the parks a much-needed spring cleaning. Joined by volunteers, the groups spent the day picking up trash and spreading mulch around trees and shrubs at McKinley Park and Palmisano Natural Park. McKinley Park also held an Earth Day Market. Earth Day celebration was a great way to bring the community together to help take care of our parks! And it was especially gratifying to see all the trash that was collected – it just goes to show that every little bit makes a difference. Thanks to everyone who participated!
