Photos-Bridgeport Catholic Academy Rocks the Block

On Saturday the Bridgeport Catholic Academy held their 5th Annual “Rock the Block” fundraiser at 37th & Lowe. Along with nice weather, the event featured carnival rides, Pirates Revenge Fun Slide, a bungee jump, Ballistic Chair Swings, Dragon Wagon, Frog Hopper, Flying Elephants, food and a Beer Garden.A very nice event put on by volunteers that helps bring the community together and raises money for a good cause.

Bridgeport Catholic Academy

The Bridgeport Catholic Academy opened in 1985 and holds their classes at the Nativity of Our Lord school building at 3700 S. Lowe Avenue. The school offers instruction in the pre-K3 thru the 8th grade level.
