The McKinley Dog Park Advisory Council held their 1st “McKinley Bark 5K & Health Fair on Saturday morning. It was Amazing! Great work! Hundreds of people attended along with 136 participants and 26 vendors.

Established in 2019 the Dog Park is run and supported by volunteers and is the 1st Dog Park on Chicago’s Southwest side.

The Chicago Park District does not fund nor manage the McKinley Dog Park. The Dog Park Advisory Council relies on donations for financial support for maintenance, cleaning supplies, programming and events.
